That said, I want you to be completely happy with your purchase!
If your item arrives damaged or broken during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and packaging. I will gladly send a replacement for the damaged piece.

Please note: Variations in color, texture, or shape are a natural part of the charm of handcrafted glass and are not considered defects.
