All glass pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Orders are typically created, packaged, and shipped within 2–3 weeks of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product description or shop announcement.

All orders are shipped via USPS from Arizona. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as I’m unable to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging — I’ll be happy to send a replacement for any damaged piece.
